Pink and Green Thursday: Pretty Prints

Thursday, June 3, 2010

I may have a slight obsession with pretty printed fabric. (My obsession with fabulous prints also extends to scrapbooking paper, wrapping paper, and of course any clothing item with a fabulous pattern). To celebrate Pink and Green Thursday this week I thought I'd share some lovely pink and green fabrics I found on the Hawthorne Threads website.

I love sewing, but often find myself having a difficult time deciding what to do make with all these lovely fabrics! Does anyone else like to sew? What do you like to make (especially any home decor projects)?

On the subject of decorating...you know I'm thinking blues and yellow for our living room. Look at these delightful blue and yellow fabrics I found too!

Anyone else love prints and patterns? How do you use them to decorate?

  6. These prints are great! If you're looking for inspiration, you should check out Martha Stewart's sewing encyclopedia. There are some mice in there that would be adorable in any of these fabrics--I'm sure your kitty would love one! Love the blog--keep it up!
