When I first started blogging, one of my favorite things about it was the relationships I developed with other bloggers. Then, after about a year of blogging I took an unexpected break for a few months (I was too stressed out by things going on in my life - nothing horrible, just a really negative work situation/realizing I absolutely hated the career I had chosen). When I finally got back to blogging it just didn't seem the same. I didn't feel as connected to my blog as I had in the past and I couldn't figure out what had changed. Hence, my blog identity crisis.
Anyways, while having my blog identity crisis I realized something. Although I really enjoy posting about fashion and style, it's not what I'm truly passionate about - so obviously I'm not going to feel as connected to it! I've made a lot of changes in my life (some more externally obvious and some more in just the way I've decided to think about/deal with things/live my life) and yet I wasn't really reflecting any of that in my content. So - I made a decision.
I've started a new blog to share what I really love - creating things. Delightfully DIY (my new blog) will have tons of diy tutorials (which I guess is probably obvious). I'm also going to be posting free downloads and printables. I am always making things in Illustrator (like patterns, backgrounds, social media icons, etc.) that I never end up using - so I've decided to share! If you like creative things and DIY projects, please come check out Delightfully DIY!

I'm not giving up on Not Without Heels though - I am still going to keep blogging here (because after all I really do still enjoy fashion)!
